WHO-losophy Experiment for September: 

Reminder from last month's minutes:

This year's experimental brew will feature base a malt variable. The club is providing ingredients at the July meeting and you'll use your own base malt, one of your choosing! It can be anything. Have your mad-scientist brew ready for the September meeting for beer-sharing fun.

CONTROL FACTORS:

• Yeast: US-05
• Hops: Magnum (Required range of 20-30 IBU)
• Mash Temp: 152°
• Original Gravity Target: 1.052

KC Bier Meisters Challenge: One Beer Brew Off

Some of the regional clubs have participated in a challenge recently where the winner hosts and picks the next challenge. This year, the KC Bier Meisters have challenged everyone to bring their best British Beers (BCJP Categories 11, 12, 13)

Bring two bottles of your best beer in these categories (plus more to share) to the September meeting, to see if we can take the title back!
