November 2025 Meeting Minutes

Members participated in a triangle test involving pH adjustments at different phases of the brew. Results from that will be posted at a later date.

Competition:

Fan Favorite. Results to be posted later.

The time is 8:15pm due to the popularity of the RCB Christmas popup. We'll have a beer-gear white elephant exchange for those who bring items.

Due to how events / holidays line up, there will be no December meeting scheduled. We will pick back up in January.
